30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JAAGEN purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process Through Amazon

All returns are processed through Amazon's return center:

1. Log into your Amazon account
2. Go to "Your Orders"
3. Find your JAAGEN order and select "Return or Replace Items"
4. Follow the prompts to print a return label
5. Package the item securely and ship it back

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Products that show signs of wear from use
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

Refund Processing

Once Amazon receives your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure fastest processing and availability.
